Stuffed Butter Garlic Chicken with Gravy

今夜の夕飯はとっても簡単で美味しくできちゃうチキンを紹介しま~す★
たった15分程度でできちゃうのでお試しくださ~い!
Tonight's dinner was very delicious yet simple. It takes about 15 minutes to make this chicken dish!
Why not give it a try?



1.まず食パンを3分程度オーブントースターで焼いた後細かく包丁で何等分かに切り分けます。
First, toast some white bread in the toaster (or toaster oven) for about 3 minutes. When it is done, cut it into small squares.



2.フライパンに油をひき、その中に先ほどカットした食パンを入れます。
In a frying pan, put some cooking oil, and the cut pieces of toast.


3.鶏がらスープの元を(2)に入れ、水1~2カップをいれ、塩コショウをいれかき混ぜます。
Pour in some chicken broth (or TORIGARA SOUP BASE=soup base made of chicken bones) into the frying pan, and about 1 or 2 cups of water. Add salt and pepper, and mix.



4.お皿にうつします。
Put the finished product on a plate (in this case we split it and put it on 2 plates).


5.もも肉を2枚に塩コショウをふって
Using salt and pepper, season 2 pieces of boneless chicken thigh. Massage the seasoning in well.


6.フライパンに油を引いてみじん切りしたガーリックを炒めます。
Dice and press some garlic, and fry them in a pan with oil (olive oil if possible).


7.その中に(4)のもも肉を入れ鶏肉に少し焦げ目がつくくらいまで焼き上げます。
Put the chicken that you prepared in step 4 into the frying pan. Fry it until the surface of the chicken is a little cooked, and some juices have come out.



8.肉汁がでてくるのでその肉汁をちがう鍋に入れます。
Pour the juice that comes out of the chicken into a sauce pan. It's okay if the garlic goes with it.


9.鶏肉の上にバターをのせ焼きます。
Place butter on the chicken (the amount is up to you)


10.(4)に鶏肉をのせます。
When the chicken is done, place it on top of the plate, on top of the bread-stuffing.


11.汁と水を同じ(8)の鍋に入れたら小麦粉をたして泡だて器で混ぜながらとろみをつけます。
Pour the remaining items in the frying pan into the sauce pan as you did earlier. Add water and some flour.  Keep mixing until it comes to a boil.


12.(10)に(11)のグレービーをのせ完成です★
This will make gravy, so pour the gravy upon the chicken and bread-stuffing.
